Auction: Exceptional case

  • May. 17th, 2008 at 1:56 AM

We have ended Auction service for non-member on 30th April,
but we have to tell you about 'exceptional case'.

If you are coming to Japan and if you want to see some band's/Artist's concert,
or some play/show, you have to get tickets.

Sometime (it depends on artists, bands...) you can't get tickets by normal way, then
you have to get tickets by Auction.

So, we think this is exceptional case and we can accept auction request by non-members

**condition**

You are planing to visit Japan and see some concerts/play or join some event
 (you need tickets for it.)

You find the ticket on Japanese auction

You can send us auction request from this inquiry form

http://www.i-tm4u.biz/cgi/standard4/form.html

Cost:  Your Budget (for auction) + Commission (10%) + other cost (*) + Paypal commission(2.5%)

We can send tickets to Hotel or your friend's house you are going to stay in Japan.

Combine shipping is avilable. - we can send some tickets where you are going to stay.

I am going to open my online shop within 3 months.

Let me know if you have any request; for example which items you want me to sell.

And I am going to sell something on eBay again soon (since this Jan, I have sold nothing
on eBay.  There is nothing on my eBay store now. :D )

Of course I will not quit i-TM4U.

i-TM4U New Information

  • May. 15th, 2008 at 10:07 PM

From 19th May, i-TM4U system will change in 2 things

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Commission 10% won't be changed but calculation will be changed.

We have calculated commission for each item price, then we
   sum up all the cost.

We will sum up all item's price, then we calculate commission.

Example
(Now)
    Request item A: 7,000YEN + Commission 700 YEN = 7,700YEN
    Request  item B:  1,000 YEN + Commission 100 YEN = 1,100 YEN
   TOTAL = 8,800 YEN

(From 19th)
    Request item A 7,000 YEN + Request item B 1,000YEN = 8,000YEN
    Commission = 800 YEN
    TOTAL = 8,800 YEN

Result is almost same but we are going to take this way because we have to
accept request and send customers invoice as many as we can, and as soon as
we can.

2.  Request item's total is Under 5,000YEN =4,999YEN(49,99USD), commission is all
    500YEN (5USD)

More than 5,000 YEN, the commission is same 10 % of item's price

(Example)

Now:  Your request item price : 3,000YEN   commission is 300 YEN
After 19th ;  Your request item price : 3,00 YEN commission is 500 YEN

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We are going to update and write this information on i-TM4U site tomorrow.

Tokyo Trip by bicycle 3

  • May. 7th, 2008 at 1:38 AM

I like this annual event 'trip by bicycle'.
(First year we went to Asakusa,  Next year to Hachiouji area.)

I've been living in Tokyo almost for 20 years, but I don't know all of Tokyo and I have
many places I've never been to.

It is good opportunity to know and go to many places I've never visited.

When I worked for some office, I often went to near Tsukijihonganji, and I have
seen it but just at a glance.
This time I have learned this temple is so fascinating.

We were relaxed Japanese Green Tea at this garden (Hamarikyu), but can you
imagine many tall buildings are around this garden?

Inside the garden, it is quiet but out of the garden, many cars run, and typical urban
view...
I had not noticed this interesting constrast since I entered this garden.

I usually don't  feel  this city Tokyo is so big in my daily life.

In our way home, we went through 'Otemachi' (sorry no pics).
There are many huge buildings in the area, and many foumous companies head office
are there.

Many of offices were closed because GW-H (olidays, but there are so many workers
in week days.

Hundreds of companies are there, and each of them support Japanese economy.

It took just 2-3 hours from our house (Musashino area) to Tsukiji-Chuoku area by
bicycle.  so I feel Tokyo is small.

But Tokyo is also big and it has many things I don't know, I haven't seen.

The best place for me was 'Tsukiji Honganji' and a cafe (CAFE DE SHINRAN)  inside
the temple ground.

Do you think this desgin is a bit different from typical 'Temple'?

I don't know much of Temple style (too bad! I am a Japanese though), but
it is more similar Temples in India.
And I remember one of Mosque I had seen in Turkey....and I felt something
European alike...(maybe it is very different from European cathedral though)

If you go there someday, you would be able to understand my feeling.

The most interesting thing for me was 'Cafe de Shinran'

It is cafe inside the temple ground.
Inside of the cafe is cool and  they serve Natural Foods

But more interesting thing is, that monks are there, chatting with customers.

They had small ivent, for example playing music 'Gagaku' (Japanese traditiona
music = http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gagaku )

music is as if 'Onmyouji'

monks introdueced various monks wearing (called 'Kesa'..it is not 'this morning  :D )
and showed how to wear  wearings.

We happened to be there when this event started.  It was really lucky for us because
we usually can't  have this opportunity.

This cafe, ivent...are 'effort' by monks of Tsukiji Honganji because recently many
of us (Japanese) are not interested in Buddhism.

We recognize we are Buddhist in funeral only.
But Buddhism was more closer to us in old time, in Edo-era and before Edo era.

I agree this way of approach (cafe & evebt), and it is good for us to learn Buddhism,
and it is not far for us.

TOKYO Trip by bicycle 1

  • May. 6th, 2008 at 11:57 PM

my husband and I have had 'Trip by bicycle' every GW(golden week) Holidays.
This year was 3rd time for us, and we went to 'Tsukiji(築地) ' area.

Tsukiji is near Ginza and a district of Chūō-ku, Tokyo, Japan, the site of the Tsukiji fish market.

Literally meaning "reclaimed land," it lies near the Sumida River on land reclaimed from Tokyo Bay in the 1700s, during the Edo period.

Tsukiji Fish Market

We left our house at 8:00am, after having breakfast at humberger shop near our area.

Our house --> break at Tullys' Coffee in Shinjuku ( I like Tullys' better than Starbucks)
--> Nogi Jinjya (shrine) --> TOKYO-Tower pass thorough without stopping -->
Zoujouji (temple) --> Lunch at Sushi restaurant around Tsukiji --> Hama Rikyu (japanese
garden) --> Tsukiji Honganji (big Temple) --> Seiroka Tower --> Dinner, ate
'Monja yaki' in Tsukiji.

<<tokyo map>>

Nogi Shrine (http://www.nogijinja.or.jp/)

Tokyo Tower-passed through without stopping because too crowded

 Zoujouji temple....awww...no photos... sorry

Lunch at Sushi restaurant around Tsukiji fish market

lunch 1,050 YEN (11USD)

We wanted to eat something in fish market, but all of shops (restaurants) are closed
because GW-Holidays.  So we had lunch around fish market.
But this restaurant's Sushi was also nice!

Hama Rikyu (japanese garden)

Deatail: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hamarikyu_Gardens

we had tea (Maccha) and japanese sweets.. 500YEN(5USD)

Is here N.Y??  lol no no

After that we went to dinner , had Monja yaki.
We were so concentrate to eat that we forgot to take pictures... lol  :D

What is 'Monja Yaki' ?

I am going to trip TOKYO by bicycle

  • May. 3rd, 2008 at 11:50 PM

I am going to trip 'Tokyo' by bicylce with my husband.

It will be 3rd time for us to go trip  by bicycle with my husband on Golden-Week Holidays.

1st time, 3 years ago, we went to Asakusa & Ueno.
It was first time for me (and husband) to run by bicycle for long hours.

But from our home (is around Kichijoji) to Asakusa, it took about 3 hours or less.
I was surprised because I was expected that it took more than 4-5 hours.
So I thought Tokyo is Not so big...

2nd time, we went to Hachioji and around Hino and near Takao, kind of hiking.
It was not bad and not far, but roads were hard for bicycle. (because my bicycle is not montain-bike.)

So this year, we are going to Tsukiji, around Ginza.

We have already made reservation Hotel, (semi double room is under 100USD!!)

Traveling by bicycle is interesting because I can find new things that I can't  see
by car or walk. It is new adventure.

I have been living in Tokyo more than 20 years, but there are many things I haven't
seen, found.

Onyx Beads from D*r*s Shop

  • May. 3rd, 2008 at 11:28 PM

As I wrote here,
I have request  of Onyx Beads from 3 customers.

I had ordered and received it (and already sent it), and it took about 3 weeks
to receive it.

This time, I waited for almost 2 months.
But  finally, I have received them and sent them to customers. (one of them
visited our office to pick it up.)

I imagine and think it was hard for 3 customers to trust i-TM4U and wait for long time.

I was worried if they doubt us because I had told them this item would arrive in 3 weeks.

3 of them are matuer and never complained us. (If I were them, I would complain..)

I appreciate them so much.

Thank you for trusting us and waiting for long time to receive onyx beads.

Gem Cerry- Aoi (the GazettE) model Ring

  • May. 3rd, 2008 at 10:43 PM

Last week we have received Gem Cerry & the GazettE-Aoi model ring.

It was customer's request item from USA.

She pre ordered it in mid-Feb,  so it took about 2 months or more.

Although the website says it will take about 70-90days to receive GazettE accessaries
because they are hand made,  I imagine it is hard&difficult for her to trust  us.

Some friends recommend i-TM4U on their websites, journals, and by email (
Thank you very much!!), but I think trusting and believe some one on net is really
difficult thing.

If I were a customer, I would be worried very much.

I have already sent Aoi model ring and she emailed me she has already received it.
(I am very happy to hear that she could receive it without any problem.)

I  really really appreciate her.
She has trusted i-TM4U and been waiting more than for 2 months.

I have had another request by GemCerry*the GazettE,  Ruki's pierce, necklace,
Reita's ring.  (but they haven't arrived yet)

I also appreciate these customers who ordered through us.

Thank you very much

2 Customers has visted our office

  • May. 3rd, 2008 at 10:17 PM

While I have written nothing here, 2 customers have visted our office.

Both of them visted us to pick up their request items.

One if from Canada & Honkong (They are friends), and one is from Germany.

I could hand Onyx Beads from Darts to one customer.

It is fun for me someone visit us.

3 customers have already visited us, and another 2 are coming to our office
within 3 months.

regret 2

  • May. 3rd, 2008 at 8:53 PM

I have one another online friend who heped me a lot.

She is also cute (for me) and good customer of i-TM4U.
(Everytime her good Japanese writing surprises me
 )

She is so sweet and  'Yasashii', modest and  taking much considertation for me.
She is from Europe but I sometime feel her modesty is like Japanese.

I have ever once sent her email, and she must have been surprised my email.

Because I have asked her idea of i-TM4U business.

I know I shouldn't have asked such a question to customers though...
However she replied me soon and told her idea, point of view...etc.

It helpe me alot.

I really appreciate her.

I promised her to go Jonny's shop but I couldn't go yet.

I regret it  so much.

But I hope I will go there with her because she is coming and staying in Tokyo
soon.

Regret

  • May. 3rd, 2008 at 8:29 PM

When I started i-TM4U, one of my online friends from USA helped me very much.

Still she has helped and support me, sometime she gave advice and suggestion for
i-TM4U.

I sent her email many time, sometime talked on chat not only for business but also private things, girls talk..and Gackt's talk .etc

First customer of i-TM4U, is from Australia.
She also helped me a lot.  Thanks to her message, i-TM4U has had many requests
of 'Lunch Box'.
I have once chatted with her by Skype.  She was so kind that she could endure my
strange English.

It was just 2 or 3 months ago...

But I  can't have time to do same thing  any more.

I have no time to chat for gilrs talk,  writing email that topic is Not business...

My status on messenger is alwasy  'Busy', 'busy', 'busy',  'DND'
Recently I can't log in messenger...

I am worried  (if) they misunderstand me, if they do me wrong...

(I have never avoided some one who helped me a lot....)

Still I like i-TM4U work, and I want to extend business.
But it may take my free time.

I keep good friendship with them, even they are online friends yet.

i-TM4U take time for free time and time to talk with friends.

I regret it and I think I have to review  a procedure of  my work.

i-TM4U ended 'Auction bidding Service' on 30th April.

Thank you for using our service.

This service may not be excellent for you because I was not professional auction
bidder for you and sometime I have been too busy to have enough time to communicate
with customers.

The reason why i-TM4U quit Auction service is because I want to keep our
'Shopping Service'-Quality. (Shopping Service is not Auction Bidding service)

It may be good for i-TM4U if we have many requests by Auction bidding service.
But  we don't have many staffs yet.
So if we accept many requests (by auction),  we can't have enough time for each
customer, and it means our service quality is down.

i-TM4U has already have many requests and customers by Auction request, so
it was hard for me to decide to quit auction-bidding service.

I  am going to continue auction service for 2-3 members and one agent.

And I am going to start 'Nes Auction membership' soon.

I will write detail of it here and i-TM4U website later.

From 29th April, to 6th May,  Here in Japan, we take Golden-Week Holidays.

Most of companies are closed, but shops and restaurants...are opened because
this holidays is chance for them to make profit.

I, (i-tm4U) has took holidays from 1st to 6th May, but to tell the truth,
I opened our office from 1st to 3rd (just today) for shipping to customers and
sending email to them.

I believe I have finished it, then I am going to take my own holidays from 4th to 6th.

Please forgive me to take holidays, it may be inconvenient for some of you (=customers)

After holidays, I am goin to work  hard again.!
